Off plan properties Turkey

Off-plan properties in Turkey appear to be a good Investment property sale. I must admit that I know little or nothing about buying off-plan properties. It is just that I don't think my pension is going to be very much so I need to look at investment opportunities.I have a friend who has invested in an off-plan development in Turkey and she thinks it is a good property investment opportunity. If anyone reads this blog and has any information on buying off-plan properties in Turkey I would be most grateful.
