The Merricks Resort - Caribbean

Somebody told me they have been out to the Caribbean and seen the site of The Merricks Resort. They said it looked fantastic and there is 100% finance available. I am not sure how that can be. Also a friend of mine has just come back from Egypt and said property prices there are very low but there are no mortgaes available.
All my friends say I should invest my inheritance in property abroad, but I am finding it very difficult to find the right property - what a ditherer I am. Someone out there must know a good investment.

Find a property

I am definetly going to invest in a property but first I need to find a property that is suitable for me. With so many countries to choose from I think it has to be the caribbean, but I need to find a property. I would like to find a property that will increase in value so if anyone out there can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Investing in property & off-plan property investments

I have been talking to some people about other places than Turkey for property investment and they have suggested I look at other countries in the caribbean. I must admit I hadn't thought about that but it looks like there are some really good deals to be had. Most people I have spoken to suggest that off-plan developments are a better investment. I will have to investigate this.Any one out there with information I would be grateful.

Off plan properties Turkey

Off-plan properties in Turkey appear to be a good Investment property sale. I must admit that I know little or nothing about buying off-plan properties. It is just that I don't think my pension is going to be very much so I need to look at investment opportunities.I have a friend who has invested in an off-plan development in Turkey and she thinks it is a good property investment opportunity. If anyone reads this blog and has any information on buying off-plan properties in Turkey I would be most grateful.
